REPORT & RECOMMENDATIONS:
AKSSAR: I hope to attend the spring Board of Managers meeting in Anchorage. In the meantime Alternate Trustee and Flag Chairman Tim Doughty reports flag certificates were provided for Ketchikan, Juneau and several other cities in SE Alaska on behalf of the AKSSAR Society. The Trustee for Alaska is Minuteman Bob Bogardus. Walter John remains as AKSSAR President.

ORSSAR: Attended the ORSSAR Fall Board of Managers Meeting. The meeting included the Oregon Minuteman Bob Bogardus. All ORSSAR Committee reports were discussed. The meeting was conducted by ORSSAR VP David Devin. The Pacific District Meeting was discussed and the Charleville musket shown as it is an opportunity drawing item for fund raising for the Pacific District Meeting. I attended the Thomas Jefferson meeting in Eugene and also the Republic Chapter meeting in Salem, and the Lewis and Clark meeting Feb. President Roger Swim is still working on raising the funds for the SAR Memorial. Johnny Alexander remains the ORSSAR President until the Spring Board of Managers Meeting. The ORSSAR Trustee is Judge Kenneth Betterton. Oregon will have a large input in the Pacific District Meeting in April.

WASSAR: I have attended all WASSAR Board meetings. The Washington Society is now incorporated. The filing of incorporation documents and the new WASSAR Corporate Bylaws are completed as of the fall Board meeting. The WASSAR has now procured both General Liability Insurance and Directors and Officers Insurance. These two above items were the main topics of discussion during 2014. The Pacific District Meeting will be held at the Red Lion in Bellevue, WA on the 24th and 25th of April. We expect a large turnout from the Cascade Centennial Chapter as that is the meeting place for that chapter. We will be graced by attendance of NSSAR President General Lindsey Brock and his wife Billie and also by Treasurer General Mike Tomme and his wife Cilla. We chartered a new chapter in the Vancouver Area. This is the 8th chapter. The chapter is the Fort Vancouver Chapter and Bob Anderson is the President of this new chapter. The WASSAR President is James Lindley, Trustee John Ellingson and Alternate Trustee Robert Doughty.
