Pacific District SAR 2013 Conference

The Washington State Society SAR hosted the Pacific District 2013 Annual Membership Conference April 26-27 at the Red Lion Hotel in Kennewick, Washington. The SAR President General, Stephen Leishman, was our featured guest. There were displays of muskets, powder horns and colonial items our patriot grandfathers would have used. The motto of the conference was “In the Spirit of our Forefathers.”

The efforts of the Conference Committee are commended with our thanks to Compatriot Doug Nelson as Chairman of the Committee. If you did not attend this conference, you missed the best Pacific District Conference in over ten years. The 2014 District Conference is planned for the last weekend of April 2014 in Eugene, Oregon.
